Create your order

Choose the service in orders.femtoevo.com and provide your ECU details. Read the terms before submitting.

Pay your invoice

At “payment waiting”, download the invoice. Follow its bank transfer instructions carefully. Processing fees include handling of the return shipment.

Send with DHL Express

Arrange and pay for the shipment to our office. Add the 10-digit DHL waybill to your order, without spaces.

04

Receive your ECU

Once the order is processed and paid, we return the package in the same box using DHL Express with the earliest available pickup.

03 / Shipping essentials

The right shipment.
Fewer delays.

Use DHL Express for delivery to and from FEMTO. Send directly to our office — parcels are not collected from postal offices or pickup points.

Who pays for delivery?

You arrange and pay for the inbound shipment. Follow the invoice for processing fees and the return-shipment charges. A self-arranged DHL Express return label is also accepted; confirm this in your order.

Why DHL Express?

DHL Express shipments receive priority. Other carriers may cause delays of several days, and carrier enquiries must be handled by the sender. DHL Parcel Connect is not DHL Express.

What should I add to my order?

Add the 10-digit DHL waybill without spaces. Brazilian customers provide CNPJ or CPF; Mexican customers provide RFC for businesses, or RFC/CURP for individuals, through their order.

Where do I find the office address?

Use the confirmed office delivery address in your order instructions. Please check your order instructions before shipping.
